Product Description
The 9550 screw is used to attach our PCD grinder carbides to blank shoes. Each show requires 2 screws to hold the carbides in place. This hardware for connecting our planetary grinder PCD tooling is for use with the following:
- 2-up OR 4-up micro PCDs
- 1/2 round PCDs
- Carbide Chips
This aggressive PCD grinder tooling is for use with National’s Helix or 8274-4 grinders. These 110V grinders are lighter weight machines, that can require tougher tooling for removal of existing coatings.
When using these on the Helix grinder, set the machine to low speed and experiment with removal of weights if the tooling is gouging the concrete. The 8274-4 is a heavier machine with only one motor speed, but adjusting the head pressure with fewer or no weights is sometimes necessary.
