The 7050-203 is a 12-inch flat blade for walk-behind scrapers. Premium High Tempered Blades are .062″ thick and only designed for use on our walk-behind scrapers. The added machine weight and head pressure of a larger scraper will bend the blade.
This blade is a great choice for removing glued-down carpet, VCT, VAT, rubber tile, cork, and re-scraping adhesive and elastomeric coatings.
This blade is for use on most of National’s walk-behind scrapers. Our recommendation for tooling is to start with the narrowest blade you have, and then move up as it begins to cut through the material. In the case of a 12-inch blade on a walk-behind, you want to use this wider blade on a larger walk-behind. Though the 550 scraper is mighty, it won’t be as effective with this large of a blade.
