A96 Shot Blaster

National’s A96 shot blaster is a variable speed, self-propelled machine that combines the classic elements of traditional shot blasting and new innovative features.

Features

This shot blaster is a 230 volt single phase machine. It has a 5.3 HP blasting motor and is paired with one of National’s 318 CFM dust collectors. Either the DL3000 or DL4000P dust collectors will fit with the A96.

The unique joystick handle control on the A96 gives the operator more responsive handling. A simple 2-button system on the handle gives you the option of operating this machine one-handed.  Operating this machine with one hand speeds up productivity as you get to the end of your row and line up to make another pass.

Along with a unique handle design, the A96 has 2 LED lights to illuminate the space in front of the machine, as well as behind.  In a dark or poorly lit space, this allows for regular monitoring of the blast overlap and quality of CSP.

Where do I use this?

This machine is meant for wide open spaces and has a production rate of up to 860 ft p/hr. The A96 works well in homes or small commercial projects that have the 230V single phase power readily available.
