Shipping
Your shipment arrival date will depend on the method chosen during checkout. Within business 24 hours of placing your order, we will contact you to let you know if there is a delay for any item you have ordered. We keep inventory on shelves and ready-to-ship, so this is an unlikely delay.
Damaged Shipments
In the event of a shipment arriving damaged, you must make your claim within 3 business days after receipt of goods. Reach out to customer service to make your claim: 800.245.0267.
Returns
All return requests must be made within 30 days of receipt of shipment. Minimum 25% restocking charge on all goods returned. Orders older than 30 days of receipt are not eligible for return.
