The Rogue is an all-electric walk-behind scraper with innovative controls designed to improve safety, operator experience and removal rate.  The infinitely adjustable scraper blade angle is National’s famous dual-lift brought into our smaller scrapers. It is designed to remove both hard and soft goods with simple toggle controls to control pitch and angle.

The Rogue also has a greatly increased travel speed, and fewer loose parts than other models.  Innovative wheel hubs, click-in tooling, and adjustable blade vibration are a few of the features that really set this machine apart.

Blade oscillation

The adjustable orbital speed on this machine goes from 0-1900 RPMs.  This feature allows you to run the machine with zero oscillation on the front end, giving you near-silent machine operation. The orbital range on this machine brings another adjustable element to your scraping.

Tooling Holder

The quick change tooling holder operates with a simple button on the side of the front end.  click this button to release or insert a shank or blade holder.  The grooved shaft on the shanks and blade holders and this simple button eliminate the loose parts when swapping tooling on most walk-behind scrapers.

Controls

Two thumb controls on the handles give the operator responsive, precision steering. Independently driven wheels increase maneuverability in tight spaces and increase operator control. The control panel also has a simple up/down button for on-the-go adjustments of the blade pitch and angle. Similar to National’s Dual-lift ride-on scrapers, this adjustment brings infinite blade adjustment to walk-behind scraping.

Operation & Transport

The Rogue scraper has built-in wheel de-couplers to put the machine into transport mode with no loose parts. National’s wheel scraper design has been upgraded on the Rogue to scrape effectively in both forward and reverse.

Front, middle, and side weights are removable and positionable. The Rogue scraper comes with 1 weight on each slide bar, and has capacity for 2 additional weights on each side. This modular machine is designed to be pulled apart and transported with ease.
