GP500 Grinder

The GP500 concrete grinder is portable, compact, and powerful. Designed to take any of the puck or wedge shaped tooling National offers, the GP500 will prep concrete and polish to a high shine 3000 grit finish. 

Easy disassembly of this modular grinder allow for easy transportation.  Installing the carrying poles make it a 2-3 person lift. The onboard tank holds 8 gallons of water, bringing you the flexibility of dry or wet grinding. A grinder designed for dry and wet grinding is one of the most versatile tools you can have for concrete prep.

Wet Grinding Tips

Wet grinding is a great choice for job environments that require completely dust-free removal. Remove as much slurry and dust as possible from the grinding head after a wet grind. A hand-held water jet works well for this cleaning.
